I need help! Buying a 1969 Tradewind Santa Cruz Area

We are in the process of buying a 1969 Tradewind< the owners inherited it from their Uncle, no one knows enough about how to operate the systems/controls to even check the system. I am wondering if anyone lives in the area that could just walk us through it andcheck it out. We are set on buying it, we just want to know what we are up against. any Airstream enthusiasts available to help us out? Happy to compensate for your time.

more detail...

The trailer is in Ben Lomand, California. We have decided the Overlander is too big of a project and are now looking to replace it with a better condition Tradewind! If anyone wants an Overlander, we need to find a new home for it!

I had a 72 Tradewind Twin. Pretty similar to the 69. Spent a lot of money doing the usual Upgrades and fixes and some custom things on the interior.
