how many people/pets? ---- 1 person, 0 pets, though (maybe) next year, 2 ppl....

My job requires me to move a few times/year and also a lot of technical books, and since I work in 'professional' environment, suits and stuff like that. Leaving out anything is really not an option. The AS has no way to store books, really. It's nice but sort of oriented towards travel and lacking in the storage department. Believe me, I've thought of storing them in microwave already.

On top of technical reference manuals, I'd like to have some non-job related books, so that's even more books. I am not sure how many I got now, probably "just" a few hundred. I currently store them in a big pile in front of the couch, where the fold-out table should be (I removed the folding table since I never used it) The dinette is used as another storage place, the bench opposite where I seat is full of books and stuff. 32' non-wide body is really not enough. Either that, or I am really disorganized. (Or both most likely)

I am trying to decide between a 34' wide body and a high end 5th like Carrier,... Teton, whatever. Both used of course, between 5 years - 10 years old. 36', even longer seems really attractive. What I don't know is how they hold up long term. Yeah, I do have a 1 ton vehicle which should handle a 36', maybe even longer. I tow rarely so performance is not an issue. I know AS can hold up well long term, but I don't know anything about 5W construction.
