I checked the sales brochure that I have for 1965
, and it doesn't give the specific actual measurements. The brochure indicates a 20' length, but I do know that in a similar brochure for 1964
my Overlander is listed as 26' but it actually measures 26' 8". Another thing to remember is that the length may change slightly over the years when measured ball to bumper if a previous owner happened to modify either the rear bumper or the ball mount.
The brochures that I have for 1964
both are moot on the height of the trailer whether with or without air conditioning. The literature that I have for 1977-1979 Argosys lists all of the information that you inquire of, but the older literature doesn't get this specific.
