Too old in that I should have bought one much, much sooner. But I thought I was too busy. The fact is that I missed many years of traveling with our AS.

I was 68.

We both are retired from the Federal Government. SuEllyn retired at 50 and I left at 53. We bought our first Airstream when we were both 56.

Bought ours in 2001, I was 28. Bought it because it didn't have any signs of water leakage, and I wanted to stay dry at hunting camp. Used mainly hunting for the first couple of years and fell in love with it, that's when the true love affair started. My Argosy is the same age as me and seems to be holding up better!
