I would figure the one weight, double it for the inside skin. There are ribs, both door frames, any other extruded opening frames and the wrap and belly skin. I figured my 24 ft. body weighed 1500 lbs with the glass and steel end caps.

The obvious question...........

Why do you want to know? Are you planning on calling the local recyclers?

Thinking of scraping out my AS

I have started to gut my AS and at this time I am giving thought to salvage operations....The floor has several areas that need replaced and overall it is in bad shape. I could turn the frame into a flat bed and sell all items that are worth something. The fridg is bad, water heater is bad, stool is gone, and the foam is bad as well. There are windows, lights, sink, hinges, doors, awning (fabric is bad) access doors, water tank, black tank and more. What would you do? Also getting ready to build a new house.....

TRogers713@aol.com,

You are a little further ahead then I am. Very little interior, not appliances, floor rotted, no tanks and frams damage. Oh and the axles need to be replaced. That and some mionor skin damage. I have a looooong way to go, and plan on going the distance kicking and screaming if I have too. Go for it man, worst case is you store it for a few years and get to it latter.
