Hey to 2010-2012 Airstream Sport 22' owners

How do you like your trailers? Have you experienced any problems? And finally, how badly do I want one of these?

Second season with mine and I love it. Only issues I have had are the tank level sensors not working, and one of the overhead roll up doors sticking, and the caulk joints in the tub failing. All minor issues, and fixed under warranty no problem. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have mine.

We love our '12 22' sport. It is exactly what we wanted.

We just got our trailer this summer and we looked for quite some time. We loved the 22 sport - We've only had ours for four months but we've used it a lot already and the only problems we've had are the tank sensors not working and the light/fan over the stove went out (just a loose wire and my husband fixed today!) We're enjoying ours even more than we imagined we would...Bet you will too!

Ok, so we have a 2008 bought in 2007. So you have more windows than us and more weight, otherwise prettymuch the same inside. The tank sensor on ours needed calibration and now generally works ok. The only other problem was the skylight got a minor crack which I fixed with some "Seal All". Probably replace it next summer. Gave the roll-ups a squirt of silicone and they work good. We really like them as they don't open up while travelling down rough roads like some other RV's we had. We now have close to 20K on it and still enjoy it as the 1st day.

We have had our 2010 Sport since last August, so far we have traveled about 10,0000 miles with it and LOVE it. Just the right size for my wife and I along with the Schnauzer. We are both large sized so I sleep on the bed and wife sleeps on dinnette/couch bed. Other than a few minor issues we have had no problems.

Big congrats. We have a new 2011 Sport. A couple months in our hands. Would have liked something a bit more, but limited by tow vehicle: Ridgeline. Winterized this weekend, except for pulling out TV and battery. Next weekend for that. Quite the learning curve. Fun though and plenty of help from this site.

Again, congrats.

Beautiful picture. Our A/S is pretty much docked down the road from us right now. Have been fussing on her internally in terms of where to put things, etc. And, have been zapping the battery once a month. So far, so good.

Eager to get her out on the road. I'm 9 days post hip replacement and with physical therapy working hardest on steps right now so that getting up and in the A/S is easy. All is coming along just fine.

Thanks for your picture and message. Am sure I'll have more to share and inquire about when spring turns the corner.

Wishing you well in recovery. The photo was from a trip out west last summer. I hope to someday to have an entire summer season to spend in the mountain west area.

My wife and I bought a 2010 Sport 22, and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, we just sold it... We truly enjoyed everything about it, and the only thing that we wished were different was access to the bed from both sides. Occasionally, we wished the bedroom were in the back for a better view of the scenery.

We've already been there once this year and just got back from Petit Jean.

Devils Den is probably our most favorite camping spot in the country. I've even got a park map that breaks out (for us) our favorite sites in the park.

Have fun!
