Mmm. Dinner.

Can you believe they allowed us to eat such a messy food in the brand new trailer? That thing had to weigh 15 pounds.

Details

Here's a closeup of the Wilsonart High Def countertops.

The detail in the high gloss bamboo cabinetry.

The flooring.

And Looking at the pizza, I admire how well the Corningware dishes match the feel of the interior of the Serenity. New to this unit?

The space behind the sofa has a storage locker doesn't it? Looks like a perfect place for the liquor locker!

Great report and thanks for the pictures. That looks quite the palace.

Going to take advantage and pay extra on the AS. Put down a huge chunk but still sharing that title with a bank, not a fan of that so paying extra til this puppy's all ours.
I have a suggestion, though: Rather than paying down the note (as good as that is to do, usually) try putting the money aside in a savings account, earmarked for that purpose. That would give you some flexibility in case your financial position changes. It can be danged hard to borrow money when you need it.

Gorgeous Trailer

Absolutely beautiful. Congratulations. If we were buying new, this would certainly be my first choice. Enjoy!

That is one nice looking AS. We will be picking our new 25'FG this week. During our military career we lived both on an off post.I found both had their pros and cons.

MY preference is off post but as close as possible. I feel a bit to government owned living on base. The school for DS requires us to live on base, we'll be forced to rent if nothing comes up, they will let him finish once he starts so thats good.

We camped in Berlin before, I love Maryland, it's beautiful.
