Help! Can't use Airstreamphotos.com

When trying to upload pics onto the photos website this happens:

/home/sites/site42/web/photos/uploads/2514: Error creating directory (check permissions).

Please notify the System Administrator.

why???

Just thought I'd add another little comment, I was just over there and found the search function wasn't working, I tried searching for 'safari' but I just kept getting the full list.
