Hello!
I am new to the forums and am happy to say I have had loads of questions answered just by browsing around for the past 2 days.
I have lived in my A/S for the past 2 years and have not missed anything but a washer/dryer. I assume floor rot in the rear (rear bath models) is common.
Glad to be here!

Way to go with the first post & pic, nothing like jumping in feet first!, Showoff!!! Floor rot seems to be a common thing amongst most of us pre 90's folks. Just try to keep the water out the best you can. Hope to hear from you more, keep it coming!
The first A/S we owned was a 1968 Safari. It had the rear bath and when we purchased it the commode had fell completely through the floor. It was a little work but we finally got the got the floor repaired.
You might consider using some silicone where you think the leak is at. I often use clear 100% silicone for some of my repairs and have been satisfied with the results.
So you're the guy who has been using all that silicone. You never had an Argosy before, have you? My former Minuet had silicone all over it, around all the mouldings and some of the panel seams. When I repainted it I had to remove it, what a mess! Please now, Jason and yourself need to read up on the multitude of the sealing threads contained herein. Vulkem and Parbond are the only sealers you should be using.
Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not the guy that siliconed your trailer!
I do like to use silicone and I think it seals very good, however, a person does have to be careful when putting it on. It can be very messy. I don't recomend just smearing it on either.
