I hit 55 last December. The reality set in one night at Denny's when my 26 year old son blurted out, "Hey Dad you can order off the Senior's menu now!".

A few weeks later while checking out on a Wednesday night at Kohl's my wife informed me again that I qualified for the Wednesday Seniors Discount. At least the cashier didn't believe me and asked to see my drivers license.

Sort of the reverse of being carded for beer. Happy birthday Shari!
