Had our walkthrough today...

...and despite all the scary stories I read about quality control (or the supposed lack thereof), there was very little to complain about! A couple of the cabinets were slightly misaligned, one broken handle, a loose screw (not counting my own personal hardware), and a couple of very minor nicks. Other than that, our 2006 Safari FB was delivered to us in perfect condition. Patrick at Colonial Airstream spent about 3 hours with us going over every little detail with the patience of a saint. Although they didn't offer us the best price we found, we chose Colonial Airstream due to their impeccable reputation and have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. We hit the road in July as newbie fulltimers and couldn't be more excited about finally fulfilling our nomadic dreams. Thank you to everyone on the board for all your good advice and to all the great people at Colonial Airstream for living up to our high expectations. See you on the road! Wooo hoooo!
