Giving Thanks - acts of kindness and generosity

I recently purchased a fixer AS off of eBay and set off to the forum community seeking replacement parts. I stumbled upon a member from an old thread who had many of the items I was searching for. To make a long story short, the members email to me was unexpected and unbelievably generous. I realized that there is nowhere on the forum to acknowledge the many acts of kindness and generosity that travels thruout this community. I would like to formally request a place where the members who go above and beyond can be formally recognized by the other members...a "kudos" section if you will. Any thoughts?

Awesome idea. There is forum member (Myrtllynn/Bulldog) who has been incredibly generous and kind to me and my family. He has given us a stove, fresh water tank, Wall channel and the list goes on.

Jim and Susan and Slvrng have given things to me or loaned tools that I could use. The members of this forum have the type of generosity which makes this country great.

Frank and the other forum members have given me the knowledge to solve those challenging problems that occur.

Well, I guess the group has spoken! I would like to formally recognize "bedfords". Joe sent me an email last week, followed by an email and a phone call, and I quickly realized that he was being incredibly generous with his time and had a real comittment to helping someone he had never met. This is extremely uncommmon today, and I just wanted to send a public thanks to him for his actions. In his email to me Joe demonstrated a sensitivity to others and actually said "pay it forward in your lifetime". I couldn't believe that someone with whom I had never met, still had the "old school" values that we all cherish. Thank you Joe, you are truly a class act!
