gas bottles

I need to purchase 2 new gas bottles. I would like to get something I can polish like the trailer . any advise?

Worthington makes aluminum LP tanks that will take a shine. They come in at least 3 sizes: #20, #30, and #40. They are available through www.airstreamdreams.com However, I'd shop around for the best prices first.

Greetings Art!

I second the recommendation of Airstreamdreams.com as a source for Worthington LP tanks. I purchased a pair of 40 pound tanks from them at the 2001 WBCCI International Rally in Sioux Falls, SD. Before their first fill, I had the Ruth Boys of P & S Trailer Service Polish the tanks in conjunction with the polish and plasticoat of my Overlander. The result of the tank polish job can be seen in the hitch detail photo below:
