Eric,

Click on the forums folder link title in the upper left corner, or the home button on the button bar. Once there the chat link is easy to find

Just when I thought I knew most of what the forum was capable of, it has changed for the worse (sorry, but true for many of us) OK, Summerkid, this is my opinion, and sorry I can't reply to your PM, please let me know how to do so. I wanted to post a new thread last night about all of my questions, but again couldn't figure it out. I waisted hours last night trying to figure it out, but I give up. If it's not easy to use, I might as well spend the time on my airstreams, as somone else had mentioned.

I was a new computer owner, round about the same time I became an airstream owner, in January. The only thing I have figured out how to do well on the computer is download pictures from my camera, and play on the forum.

And where are my RIVETS??? I earned those suckers!

I hope to see you all in chat night tonight, but probably won't be able to figure out how that works by then either.

Hope you take this information, and help us all......Please fix it.

Thanks
Ron
Now Brett, fess up. Seems I said this would happen just last night.

In you defense though, time will heal

I feel for the novices that have really put a lot of effort into navigating this site only to be handed a new road map that is changing before they figure out how to fold it up. (including myself)

Aaron... Brett... chill guys... I don't do my OWN gardening... well flowers anyway... ain't goin' there!... don't get me started...<grumble, grumble>

Hey... I'm just being dense again, I'm sure (my usual state of affairs), but I went to clean out my PM account. I can check the boxes nicely, but I'll be d*mned if I can find a 'Delete' button. I tried hitting the 'delete' key on my keyboard, and my machine just laughed at me... HELP!!! Is there a 'delete' facility that I just can't find?

Roger

Yikes. I feel the same way. I was just figuring out how to "do things" when it has all changed. I guess I will figure it out with the help of my smarter friends.

Roger,
You check off the messages, then down at the bottom it says "move to folder" you choose delete and hit the go button. I believe it asks you if you are sure, then away they go Never to be seen again...now if I could just figure out away to make that work on...

Thumbs up Looking good

The more I try this new format, the more I like it. Like some others have mentioned, I would like to see a return of the "last 24 hours" feature.
But what's up with those expressions of concern about the privacy of PM's and email on this site? I'm sure Andy and the mods have much better things to do than snoop through that stuff if they even have that access. If I want to share any info that is any way embarrassing or self-incriminating, the last thing I would do is post it ANYWHERE on the internet.
If you're abiding by the terms you agreed to when you enrolled here, what's to worry about?

Rog

Kudos Andy!!!

Can not believe how fast Andy is fixing everything to make it like before. He must be working day and night. I am so glad to see the rivets back and the home button. Thanks for all the hard work, Andy!
