There is another report that I can't find the link to, that was written in the mid 90's and many of the items they predicted are coming true, the unstable oil market, the lack of insurance for waterside dwellings due to the increase in storms and probable melting of the the glaciers. It painted a couple of pictures, one grim and one a good bit better. Again I think the truth will lie somewhere in the middle.
