The Attack of the "Woman's Tool Kit" Redux
When my windows stick shut I use the fan shaped handles of my forks to pry them loose (they don't gouge and they're handy). I've occasionally used a high heel as a hammer.
Don't mess with me, my torque wrench doubles as a night stick!
So, I'm getting a bit of arthritis in my hands and the sewer cap is both big and tight. Answer? Strap wrench. They aren't JUST for oil filters! pffft!
Could you use that same strap wrench - tighten it around the cover, handle centered on the bottom and LIFT sideways? Get one with a nylon strap, it shouldn't mar the finish. Or if you have a marine screw on cover, just use the strap wrench to screw it off.
