ElCheapo A/C Installation = humour

I thought some of us could find creative and thrifty ways to attach A/C to our units. Here's one installation, thankfully not on an Airstream, where function was clearly the leader over keeping up appearances:

But they started with a Lincoln--so it has to be good, right???
Seriously, they could probably have fixed the air conditioner in the car for the amount they spent on the room air unit and generator.

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-
Wow, I had topick myself up off of the floor after I saw that one. What really scares me is the thought of seeing that on the highway. That was a good one Thanks

Thank you for the compliment on the car/trailer. As soon as we get back from a trip to a memorial service back east we are heading down to the Deming TCT outing on the 18th. I'll take some pics of the car/trailer there and throw them on. We love that car and have had it over 25 years so finding the right Airstream was just icing on the cake for us. The two are great fun, great classics, work extremely well together, and in our own way make a statement that we are definitely fixated on the world of the 50's.
