Couldn't really say, yet. The longest I've been dry-camping is four days, so far. Plus, my Interstate has both a 50w solar panel and a built-in Onan propane generator running off a 26-gallon tank, so there's no shortage of electric power available to me even while dry-camping. I suspect I'll run out of water long before I run out of electricity.
There is no one type, make, or model of refrigerator that's right for everybody. I'm just saying, for those who are leery of propane-fired refrigerators, the NovaKool appears to be a viable option.
