DIY Network Airstream On ebay

Doing my usual ebay surfing I stumbled across the 1970 Airstream Overlander that was a featured restoration on "Classic Rides".

eBay Motors: 1970 Airstream Overlander (item 320177089961 end time Nov-07-07 12:15:02 PST)

I saw that too. That would be a great trailer if it goes for what it's at now ($12,600). It's like a new trailer, only vintage! Too bad I just finished the inside of mine or I'd think about it.....tempting!

Panels already replaced...

The bummer is that some panel(s) have already been replaced, post retoration and polish. You can see that the streetside front has a new panel...

Seller only mentions this in a Q& A comment below the listing after someone asked...

Did you see the reason for selling it?

It was a first time experience with a travel trailer and my wife decided that she did not like it.

Grounds for divorce!
