Dimensions for flags-Can someone measure one for me?

I am doing some custom flags but I need to know what the dimensions should be. Can one of you measure one of your existing flags and let me know?

WBCCI has two approved sizes, 3X5 and 2X3.

All standard flags are 3x5, USA, state, WBCCI units, city, Mardi GRAS, Its 5 O Clock Somewhere, Pirate, ect ect also college flags like Roll Tide, or War Eagle
