We use a french press. Compact and inexpensive.

I use ground coffee, paper filters and a pour-over kettle that I heat up on the stove.

A classic from 1941
Been using it since '71 and in both our Airstreams since '88...IMO the best ☕️ and no 'letric needed.👍

We carry a Nespresso DeLonghi. Small capsules and great coffee.

Nespresso Pixie when we have electricity and pour over when we’re boondocking.

Pour-over, French press or AeroPress. (I like coffee.) Keurigs tie you to pods, require electricity and only a couple of them are space-efficient. I would only consider a Keurig that doesn't have a hidden internal water tank. The hotel-style ones you have to pour water into every time and it uses all the water you put in are the least bad Keurig option.

Perc pots several to choose from including Pyrex, several dripolators, cowboy 11qt and newest but too fragile for camp use a 1938 Cory Homestead vacuum Corning glass vacuum pot. Yes, we use it. I make coffee over Coleman or campfire.
I don’t even take an electric pot, ever.
We had to buy a wire shelf to keep the collection on.

We mostly use a single cup Keurig, since the multi-cup units hold water in the reservoir. When we don’t have power we use a french press and boil water on the cooktop.

We use either a French Press or Melitta Coffee Pour-Over filter system.
I would avoid the single cup pod systems. There are significant health and environmental concerns associated with them. Google the subject and draw your own conclusions.

We have several options, depending on how many people we have and how much coffee we want.
For 1 person or 2-like the stove top italian Moka. It's like a tiny pressure cooker for coffee. Made of Aluminum. VERY easy clean up, makes the coffee fast, coffee is really hot, and is nice and strong. Also good to mix with hot chocolate mix for a Mocha Moka!
For lots of regular coffee, I typically use either a stovetop percolator (downside is that it can take a pretty long time to brew and it's a bit of a messy clean up)
Other way for when I want more coffee than the moka is to boil water in the percolator and then pour over grounds in a collapsible cone shaped holder with a paper filter. This works great and no clean up. You can drip it right into a cup or travel mug. Also a 32 ounce stanley thermos is essential for boon docking. Since you can't re-heat in the microwave, but you can drip it right into the thermos.
Sometimes if we have a really early morning departure I will make coffee right before bedtime and put the thermos in the car. Good To Go.

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle
We use a Cuisinart 10 cup drip coffee maker with an insulated stainless streel carafe. We like it so much that we have one in the Airstream and another one in the house. We have been using these for about ten years. There is no hot plate so the coffee never burns. When the room temperature coffee is nuked, it tastes like it was just made. It travels well in the Airstream with its own bungee cord seat belt. We just like coffee, nothing fancy. Here's a picture in its place, ready to roll.

We use the same stove heated stainless steel percolator that we used when tent camping.

When tent camping it was a stove and a pot (now a JetBoil—so cool), and a pourover into a vacuum thermos or carafe. It’ll be a stovetop version of that system in the Airstream as well, though I’ll admit to toying with the idea of a small Nespresso also. I like coffee in the morning and espresso after meals.
