You mean to tell me this thread and that thread was started by the Canadians? Who the heck invited them to the party?

Just had to share

When I was young, my father, an avid rv'er and devout christian, had a fellow rv'er and devout christian who accused my brother and his girlfriend of having "relations" in his camper using the evidence, wait for it, that the toilet seat was down. Now I am proud to say that I have a very dirty imagination. But I can't for the life of me, to this day, understand what the f**k that meant!

What Melody said. Well put.

I really enjoyed the thread. I'll admit to having read the entire thread, more than once (I don't have much of a life . . . ). The vast majority of posts were, I thought, creative & funny. And yes, a few were pushing the limits.

But I agree with Ms. InsideOut, I think it had run its course, and as many grins as I got from reading it, I have no problem with the Mods doing their job.

Darn, that stretchy community rule looks like it will put the cabosh on my forthcoming "Sex with Moderators" thread.

There is an ad on the side of this page with a young woman with her shirt open and her bosom partially exposed. She has a sultry look on her face. I think the ads must be closed!

When the original thread (Sex in an Airstream) was started I would have bet that it would eventually be locked. Not because of the nature of the thread but because these type threads start out innocently enough but as the thread develops it becomes more riske and eventually pushes the envelope. This forum is one of the most open forums that I know. The mods do a great job.

However, some believe that anything and everything should be allowed to be said without boundaries. If there are any boundaries then they feel it is censorship. It is easy to predict that the boundaries would be pushed until it is locked.

You cannot keep all the people happy all the time. It is better to keep most of the people happy most of the time. Keep up the good job mods.

Yeah, but Airforums doesn't pick those ads, Google does, depending on what information it has in your dossier. I see the same ad--I think it must show up for people who posted in the "sex in an Airstream" thread! .

Duncan Hines

OK you guys lets get our minds out of the gutters and focus on something important.
Here's my proposal.
Lets go on to our second and third great past times, eating and drinking
In the 1930's before he became branded with cake mixes Duncan Hines was a pioneering travelling food critic. He traveled incognito writing reviews to his friends and eventually published a book entitled Adventures in Good Eating. I think it was him. It might've been Chef Boy-Ar-Dee. I'll make sure. Anyway as I make my way across the west coast I would like to start a thread evaluating regional foods and specialty restaurants. I'll take on the three west coast states. Anybody up for some other areas. I'm half serious about this. You could try regional brews, wines etc. and make comments that will tell others about what to avoid and where to go to have a good meal.
This could be fun and constructive and you could channel all of the energy you've spent fantasizing about your silver bullets and into some good culinary extravaganzas. Mods, are you guys OK with this? I'm trying to be relavant here guys. We could do a star rating, one to five and add comments about service, pricing and parking.

Dan
