OK, AS-ers. You have the rig set up. Plopped down in your favorite chair and pop the top on your favorite beverage. The cold liquid runs down your throat, and as the "Ahhhhhhhhh" finds it way out of your throat the sounds of your favorite song (Xmas or otherwise!) starts.

That song would be............???????

Eric's would be "Going down the road and Feeling bad"...The Grateful Dead

Lately I've been listening to Van Morrison...prob "Domino" or "Brown Eyed Girl"

That's a real tough question though, I like so much...I have a specific set list I made to listen to on our Ipod for the Region 1 "Aluminations" Rally.......brings me back to a great time

Tough call. Typically we have cd's by the Beach Boys, Eagles, Bob Seager, Enya, Gordon Lightfoot, Doobie Bros and the old Neil Diamond, Marvin Gaye, Crosby/Stills/Nash and even a bit of John Denver on hand. And a mixture of 50's/60's oldies CD's with multiple artists that end up getting played the most as they typically include many of the aforementioned singers and provide a great mix.

Well I don't own an Airstream yet but I will by the end of this month I hope. Anyway I was looking around the Internet for any information on Airstreams and I came across these song lyrics. I have never heard this song and I can't seem to get anything else on it but the lyrics do seem appropriate for this thread.

driving in our airstream
we're a band on the road
with equipment, roadies, a manager
we've got a heavy load

airstream! airstream! airstream!
get out of my lane!
airstream! airstream! airstream!

on our way to your town
cause you've never seen us play
with our airstream's aerodynamic design
we should be there any day

airstream! airstream! airstream!
get out of my lane!
airstream! airstream! airstream!

airstream is so shinny
and it's made out of aluminum
you can't tell if it's a '64
or an '81

I know that it's American made
So my chest just swells with pride
Then I grab that stainless steel handle
And I pull myself inside

double insulation
diamond tuck n roll
toilet, shower, refrigerator
we're completely self contained

airstream! airstream! airstream!
get out of my lane!
airstream! airstream! airstream!

airstream is so beautiful
we can hardly keep the foxes out
when we round that final corner
we can hear them shout
airstream!

I agree with Shari. Trailer Park Troubadours.

In particular the song "Way Cool World" Gee now I've got it stuck in my head..."it's a way cool world That we're livin' in It's a way cool world...."

Anyone remember blazing saddles?

I know it's cheeky, but I love the campfire scene

Sorta musical.....

And the musical video is at:
