Battery question

I was wondering if it's good or bad for the batteries on my 25 foot airstream flying cloud 2016 to plug it in one day and then unplug it and plug it in again or should it be continuously plugged in it's in my driveway ?

For me it would depend on what converter you have. Older Airstreams used a single stage converter that tended to overcharge the batteries and boil the water away. An upgrade usually would be to install a multistage converter that would charge as needed than move to a very low tending charge. I think newer AS may already have the multistage ones. So, if you have the multistage it's OK to leave it plugged in. If the single stage is what you have I think it's OK but you might need to keep an eye on the water level in the batteries. I'm sure you'll get other opinions to help you decide.

If it's in "storage" in your driveway, get a trickle charger and use that. A Battery Tender is one brand, there are many others. They are cheap and reliable. If you are packing up the trailer to head out on the road, leave it plugged in for at least a day (or two) if you can.

You don't list a specific trailer (yet) so it's hard to guess if you have a "solar connector" on your battery already. If you do, the trickle charger can wire in to that. If not, a similar connector is cheap and easy to install.
