Austin - need place to store and restore...

I live in Portland, Oregon and have room to park my 1973 31' AS while I am working on it. There is a distinct possibility that I may need to move to the Austin area for maybe 6 months to work a contract job. My AS is not done and I really don't want to let that much time elapse without doing something on it.

So my question: Is there some secure place in the N. Austin area where I can store my AS and where I would be permitted to work on it - maybe at odd hours? I would need to have electricity available at least. It would also be nice to have water for when I start to work on the plumbing. If there is then I could conceive of bringing the AS along with me with enough tools to continue the work.

Thanks,

Malcolm

Are talking about "Live Music" Austin, in Texas, or "Spam in a Can" Austin, in Minnesota?

I am talking about Austin, Texas. I didn't know there was an Austin anywhere else in the country.

A bit further away

There is space under roof where I store my trailer near Dripping Springs with 30a power. No potable water, though.

Dripping Springs might be too far away for me to be able to spend hit and miss spare time working on my AS.

What I really would like to find would be a place to rent where my wife and I could live while we are in the area that also has a nice large enclosed RV garage/shop with power and water available.
