Not sure without the serial number. Looks to me like a California built Overlander 1956 or 57 twin. The wheel well configuration was changed from a flat top to a teardrop in 56 or 57 and the rear door may depict a twin. A double rear bed in that era normally had the access panel on the curb side aft of the wheel well. It looks like a keeper. Good luck. Bubba
