Anyone know what year and model this is?

I search the archives to find a similar looking one but can't find it. Does anyone know what year and model it is?

It will help if you post the serial number on the plate near the door.

I don't have access to the trailer yet. I'm picking it up tomorrow.

Not sure without the serial number. Looks to me like a California built Overlander 1956 or 57 twin. The wheel well configuration was changed from a flat top to a teardrop in 56 or 57 and the rear door may depict a twin. A double rear bed in that era normally had the access panel on the curb side aft of the wheel well. It looks like a keeper. Good luck. Bubba
