Any other's 26' other than 60's Overlander?

Well I have been looking for some parts for the 59 and I ran accross a add for a 26' Airstream. Still tying to get in touch with these people. The ad says "It needs to be rebuilt inside". LOW price on this. Might be able to get all the parts I need to restore the 59 if nothing else.
I know the overlander was 26ft in the 60's...any others that size?
Heck it may not be that bad and might do a rebuild on it as well then keep the one we like the most and sell the other.

Based on my observations of the aluminitis disease you are now into the second stage as defined by me.

This stage is defined by owning one Airstream, and continuing to look for another one. the stated rationalization is that I can fix them both up and keep the best one.

Think about it.....

You have one, want to have two and double your task list of things to fix. Then you will sell off one of the products of your hard work. It has to be an illness, no one who is sane would even consider this. I am not comdemming anyone I have it just as bad, I surf the web for another one daily.

BTW the third stage is when you get two and cannot stand to part with either one. Actually this phase makes sense.

Hahahaha
Well honest I was looking for parts to fix the one we have and Uhhhh well the price is right and if it's in any kind of shape I could either turn it over quick for profit or fix and sell for a lot of proffit!

If it's in real bad shape then I'll get the parts I need and have some parts that others may need. The price this thing is at if stuff like refer and water heater are in useable condition makes it worth it alone. If I can get the two windows I need then I'm way ahead. I can't loose on it if it has any of those parts. Problem is where to stash it.

What would really be a problem is if this is in better shape then what we have. My wifes one big complaint about the 59 is the bathroom. Then she is going to have to decide if that bathroom is more important then the sentimental value of what we have. They one we have was her Dads for the past 22 years.

So where does the denial fit into this?

Hey toaster,
You've got it bad. I say this while shaking my head side to side. Well, if you get it for parts, I could use a smaller size window and possibly the fridge vent. Just thought I would chime in...in case you need to unload some of those parts.
