An Interesting Restoration
Found this page earlier today. The General
Nice restoration! Always interesting to find out how people use an Airstream. (It's for sale/rent too!! )

A little too clean and stark....... but a nice redo, if you like that sort of thing.
Michelle & Leon, how's New Boston? Ready for the 4th?
I used to live in and around there, for about 20 years.

Saw that. Good eye. Checked lots of pictures, definitely looks like frame is bending on both sides of axles. Do a closeup on other views, there are small wheels under rear bumper - to keep tail from dragging? That may have contributed to flex too.
Cosmetically neat, functional/durable = not so much.

They must be lurkers, now the enlarged pics are no longer accessible.

Cool interior layout. I noticed the missing galley too but was wondering if the appliances were hidden behind cabinets or counter top? I would love to have the desk space setup in the rear like they have but can't do with a 17' or 19' trailer.

From looking at the photos, it looks like they have a full size refrigerator and a microwave oven in the trailer. I could get by with just that as long as I had my Coleman Road trip grill!
