And of course, it all depends on your perspective. Had you bought them Jan of 2006, they were roughly twice the value they hold now... (look at the 5y version of that chart)

My daddy always said that looking in the rear view mirror, your vision is almost always 100%. Or was it "hindsight is 20/20".

But, you are absolutely right: bought last summer, double your dough back on it today.

Question is though, will it do it again, or will this summer's buyers be licking their wounds come next spring?
