We saw one yesterday set up in a small campground on top of the mountains near Dunlap Tn. Couldnt get close enough to see what type, looked like a late 60's early 70's. Looked like it was a permanent residence.

While driving near my house on Sunday, I spotted this 34 footer backing its way into the driveway of an oceanfront house. The Airstream apears to be pretty new. The CNN graphics were pretty neat.
Is that the one that Andy did for the election last fall with new graphics?

Today around 11:00am on I 5 North. A 345 Classic Moho. Odd part was that the area from behind the drivers window to halfway down the side was a section of Airplane with passenger windows.
Sure that wasn't one of the commercial division's products? I've seen hearses that might fit that description, albeit a little long for a hearse, and I have seen some airport transports that would also fit into that category.

I don't think so because the airliner part was painted white but the rest of the coach was shiny aluminum. But I freely admit that my experience is in being around str8streams MoHo and just seeing others in passing.
I am at the car wash getting a few pounds of dirt removed from my TV and what do I see pull in, a Dos Equis decorated black burb pulling a Dos Equis Airstream Trailer. It an 06 or 07 19' Bambi with Dos Equis stickers all over it. The man who brought it to the car wash is a driver hired to drive the burb and trailer from bar to bar as part of a Cinco de Mayo thing. He travels to the bars with 3 models that are on tour also. The models were not at the car wash. The tour ends tomorrow night and the trailer goes back to Wisconsin. I wonder where I can sign up for this job next year?
Richard,
Make me wonder how the inside of the AS was set up??

Last night on FOX News - the post Paris Hilton trial interviews was a series of video of her and Mom(?) at an event while the talking heads rambled on showing her in front of a newer Airstream posing for the cameras. Don't know the celebrity event for the photo shoot but the Airstream looked great. Must be the new Hollywood backdrop to have an Airstream there.
As I was on my way to an event in Sheridan, Arkansas yesterday. I saw an Argosy (not sure what size) on the side of the road by a used car lot. It was being towed by (I think) a four-door Toyota pickup.

Spotted what looked like a thirty footer being towed by a pickup with a yellow canoe on a lumber rack. It was on I 40 just west of Kelbaker road going East on Saturday just after noon.
Saw a bunch parked all along Route 66 between Barstow and Victorville.

I was on I-39 in Illinois today. I saw 2 of these heading towards Wisconson. I'm glad I saw your post because I wondered what they were for.
