Looks like the wheels are too far forward, so that the tongue will be light.
Warn your friend about sway.

I did - he said he can lift the tongue with his hands currently

He says his tongue weight will be more after propane addition - perhaps I should suggest dual 40lb tanks

Also - I was told his lowest point in the rear is 7 inches!!!!!!

Just returned from a CA North Coast trip. On Tuesday we left Bodega Bay and headed up the coast. We passed a polished 30ish AS parked on the ocean. A few miles up the coast we saw a shorter vintage AS also parked and enjoying a fantastic beach view. Later that evening the 30ish coach passed our campsite off HW101 outside Garberville.

Wednesday we visited the Avenue of the Giants (Redwood Forest mega trees) and met a Safari towed by a VW just short of the North end turn around. On Wednesday night a Bambi pulled into the Garberville KOA a couple of rows behind us. Today we met a 30ish AS just passing out of a one way road construction projecton on HW101 as we waited for our turn to head South.

More sightings than we usually have. Maybe someday, I'll recognize the size and model to better identify the unit.

Travel safe. Pat

I guess I should have explained. Got the Dinosaur pictures but, did not think I should post them here. This was the Pic. I was gonna post from Red Deer but opted for the reflection.

Twins at Delaware Seashore State Park! Only two Airstreams in the 250+ campground over the Memorial Day weekend...couldn't believe it when we pulled into our spot.

I saw what appeared to be a 23' AS heading north on I-81 near Harrisburg, PA. I didn't have time to note too many features (I was in the southbound lane) but I believe the TV was a brown pickup truck.

Wow Caroyal, that's stunning. Like the round portal windows and the percolator thingy on top.

Maybe a food or vendor trailer.

Interstate spotting, I know wrong thread but, North bound I5 by Pyramid Lake. Pewter colored with a bike rack on top. Safe travels.

Just spotted 6 Interstates heading east on I-40 almost to Albuquerque. Sure hope they remember to take that left turn that Bugs Bunny always forgot.
