Airstream sightings

Even worse. She torched it! Darn hexenB! Fortunately Flyte Camp Trailer is in Oregon! I'm sure they can do a full on restoration before next season

Saw 8 Airstreams on west bound i70 today in the Kansas City metro area heading for the region 8 rally in Kansas. I waved my hand out to them but couldn't take a pic do to me driving.

We were camping at Inks Lake State Park, TX this past weekend and saw an Airstream on one of the campsites. First time we've not been the only one there.

Was anyone from the forums there?

We're out traveling. Like many, I enjoy finding fellow Airstreamers along the way. Here is a lovely elderly lady who has been on many, many adventures. This Airstream has lots of sage advice for those just getting started.

I'm thinking mid-eighties Excella 31. Two AC means a hot weather traveler. Takes 50 amps to run those together I bet.

This Airstream was sighted in our Wheat Ridge campground. I wonder if these folks are full timing.

Here is a sighting I really like. Finding old Airstreams behind a barn, or in a field is fun. Think of the possibilities! Old Airstreams can be rebuilt as the aluminum bodies last a long time.

This is a 65 Trade Wind similar mine. It is the last year of the flat glass windows. The owner removed the interior with grand plans to rebuild it. He still has those grand plans some years later. The body is pretty good. I understand this is the first year the Trade Wind came with dual axles.
