I saw what looked like a late model AS 23SE on Amnicola Hiway in Chattanooga this morning. I was going in the opposite direction, so no photo.

How about this? Seen at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park for Springfest 2016. Never saw the occupants but the disco ball sure made me smile.

. We saw the same 2 years ago there. It had a for sale sign on it. We go there every year for Thanksgiving weekend

Saw this Ambassador near the beach at Pt. Magu Naval Air Station on Saturday. I'm hoping to bring Gracie there when she is ready for her Shakedown Cruise.

Traveling West across Georgia today down I-20 near Atlanta, saw another Airstreamer going the opposite direction around 10:30ish am.

Saw a restoration on one of the Tiny House Hunt TV shows. Located down in Southern California. Did not make the final cut. The layout was terrible for a full timer. Wet bath, no overhead storage, small fridge, and no bedroom. Kind of an art piece. Nice to see it still out there and it looked quite nice. Even has a chandelier for class. But it was not on point for the show. Should have shown him one on a dealer lot. $50K can buy a lot of AS if you look. Have thought a lot of folks would have been happier with an AS than what they get with the fabricated tiny homes. Who wants to tow one of those? Pat

Heading down to the Keys. Yesterday I set a new personal record with 15 sightings. Two heading south and the rest north. Today slim pickings, only one heading north.

More than twenty years ago while passing this on the roadway, I had a great desire to take pictures of it. I would pass it several times a year headed to the casinos at Tunica, MS. As a child I was always drawn toward abandoned buildings.
The architecture, the history...
Yesterday I got the chance to snap some pics of her. There's a six lane highway out front and I'm sure hundreds of people never give her a passing glance. They can't see the possibilities. And they don't care about the past. Many would say, "it's old knock it down". But I think she should be saved. I realize it sometimes would take more to repair it than tearing it down, but look at what you loose. I wish I could have gone inside. But I'm thankful I could appreciate her exterior beauty and get the pics I've wanted for twenty plus years.
