I saw a good-looking 34' at the ABC campground in Branson this weekend, but didn't see anyone around. No tow vehicle either. It had red numbers 2383 on the roof. Maybe it will be at the AIR Midwest rally in two weeks.

Saw this beauty at the Agricultural Grounds in Aylmer, Ontario. It was in fine condition and has a heavyweight domestic air conditioner on it. If the owner of this Argosy is a forum member then a) you have a fine trailer and b) hope you didn't mind me taking a photograph.

MrUKToad that sure looks like smokeless Joe's Argosy. The location is also near his neck of the woods.

My Android phone takes and posts photos right-side-up unless I tell it to do otherwise... Nothing against the iPhone5, but that upgrade is kinda overkill just for the camera.

That is surely SmokelessJoe's lovely Argosy, and my inspiration. Hopefully in 3 years or so my Argosy will look half as good. I already have a set of the panorama window covers made by the same company, Hornsby Canvas in Tillsonburg, Ontario. (Mine are red, they'll make them in any color the Sunbrella canvas comes in.) They were great to deal with, I received the well-made covers about a week ago and I'm taking my trailer in for some other work this week and having them rivet on the Common Sense fasteners. I haven't installed a rivet in about 30 years and I figure the area around my panos is not the a good place to get back into practice!

I guess you didn't read the manual. You have to hold the phone upside down when you transmit the pictures.

That is, of course, unless you held the camera upside down when you took the picture. In that case you have to hold the camera on its side, when you transmit the pictures. Which side to put up depends on what direction you were facing when you took the pictures, but of course thats obvious.

It's really quite simple.

With the iPhone 5, it will all be the same, but you have to turn 90 degs clockwise instead of counterclockwise 120 degs

I guess I'm in one of those moods where a cabin (or perhaps an Airstream) in the woods with no electricity or telephone sounds like a great idea. I would just walk down to town and put a picture in an envelope and mail it. When it got where its was going and turned out to be upside down, it would be the recipient's fault.

Have a good night and don't worry, I'll be better in the morning.

Ken

P.S. I hope you don't think I was making fun of you. I was making fun of technology.

we saw one on the way to the North Rim Alt Us 87(?). There was a 1970's one in our campground upon arrival but we were not fortunate enough to talk to them. They left only to be replaced by a 2000's model. Whom we did talk to for a few minutes but they were busy setting up.... they are not Airforums, TAC, or WBCCI members.
