We passed a newer Airstream going East (towed by a white pick up truck) while we were pulling Belle heading West on I465 Indianapolis Bypass this weekend.

1970's (Sovereign, I think) heading north on Guelph Line in Burlington, ON this morning. Pulled by a white pickup. I think the WBCCI number was 24950. Someone was on their way to camp, I was on my way to work.

Spotted an Airstream for sale on TX 71 between Smithville and La Grange. It's in what looks like a used construction/oilfield equipment yard on the north side of the highway. Couldn't tell what year but would guess somewhere between 70s and 90s but that was at 60 mph from the driver's seat. Might be worth a gander for any of you Central Texas folks who are looking for a project.

Spotted my first 'Toy Hauler' today - NB I-5 through Lodi, CA...

Wow - seems like it took me forever to pass - those rigs are LONG....!

It would be great to have all that space, but I'd have to pick my refueling stops with care!

It's funny but up here in north east Texas - where no one seems to go - we see at least 1 AS a week on the road. Now that I own one and look I can't believe how many there are in the area. I see them all the time parked in yards, fields, and storage and will start taking pictures now that I have a camera with me.

Yikes! Was watching the Biography episode about serial killer Aileen Wuornos, who lived in this Airstream in Florida, which is where she went on her killing spree.

She certainly isn't the typical Airsteamer.

Airstream Food Court

Seaside, FL has and interesting food court right along FLA 30A. Not sure about the food, but the AS's are interesting!

I know someone who might be interested in that. I'll send him the photo.

Hey, I noticed you have a 2011 27FB and are having a 2012 27FB built. I have to ask why. We, too, have a 2011 27FB, and so far have only spent two nights in it. Do you trade every year?

I don't have a 2011, that is the latest year in the 'trailer 1' item for the account. Actually just picked up the 2012 today! Too tired to take pics now, but will be going camping over the 4th weekend. Pics to follow!

Spotted lurking in the trees at Inverhuron Provincial Park, a 2003 Safari. Spoke to the owners, too; a lovely couple, who spend a lot of time in their pride and joy - lucky devils!

Interesting Airstream sighting on my way home from work today. Saw three about 5:15 pm on a flatbed 18 wheeler going south on I30. They were on the overpass above 65th Street in south Little Rock. The one in the middle was about 24' and the ones on each end were smaller. The first two appeared to be 70s or so, while the one in the rear looked like a 50s vintage. All were shiny, not necessarily mirror polished, and looked like they were in good shape.

I just got a short look, I was on 65th and they were 300 yards or so away moving at Interstate speed.
