Got a new to me car, and look what the wife made for me... Now I can see an airstream every time I run errands!

That's the neatest thing! How did she make that? Really, I want to know!

She has a Silhouette Cameo, it has a program that comes with it that she uses to make cool cut outs. She uses it for scrap booking mostly, but it will cut just about anything. She makes all sorts of stuff with it, so she surprised me with a new sticker for the new truck. I guess it took her quite a while to program the shape, but now I have an Airstream sighting every time I get in it!

Your wife might want to at least consider whipping up a good batch & offerring them to this community. I know I'd certainly buy a couple!! That sticker is really cool, very creative!!

No thread hijack intended, but the wife is very flattered. She said she would "consider" making some more. I guess she needs to cost it out, seems that vinyl is not cheap. Once she lets me know what the cost might be I'll have to figure out where to post a thread to see how many might be wanted out there.

When you two get it all figured out please send me a PM on how to contact you to buy a few of them. The sticker is very cool and we want some!

Thanks,

We saw our first Airstream rental at The National Mall in D.C. this past week and it was being towed around in that traffic by a matching Tahoe with matching logos and silver paint. Awesome looking and a very brave family towing around in that traffic.

I-95 southbound; entering - not bypassing - the city of Richmond Va; five minutes ago. Nice truck; burgundy or deep brown? Nice Airstream! I didn't get a chance to check your towing gear; I was heading north and was sandwiched by two 18-wheelers. Glad to see one on the road this season already!

April 1'st I was headed north on I-75 just north of Chattanooga, TN when I saw another 34 ftr. north bound as well. When I exited at Cleveland for fuel I saw another air stream go streaming by but could not get a good view, mostly tail lights. It was exciting to me to see all three of us together.

Hello to the Excella (I think) with the stained glass decal in the door window that buzzed by the intersection of US 6 and SR 15 in northern Indiana this afternoon! Hope you were headed somewhere fun!

I saw one today here in Beatrice Nebraska parked alongside our Shell Station. I just got a glimpse as we passed but it looked newer. Now even more excited to get ours out of storage tomorrow!
