I'll contact the owner and let you know. It's a beauty for sure.

Passed a smaller AS (Bambi?) headed toward Estes Park on Hwy 36 Westbound while I was traveling eastbound today out of Rocky Mtn National Park. We did the AS wave and passed each other. Hope they had as nice a time as I did up in the park!

I am at Cypress in Myrtle Beach and there is another 25' Airstream right down the way from me and then a HUGE 3 axle 80's Excella out near the entrance that looks like it is here for awhile. I do not think I have ever been to a campground this small and seen this many Airstreams in it.

Airstream sightings

I was peering out an 7th floor window at St. Louis University Medical Center today (09-2-12) about 10:30 AM, and observed a Vintage Airstream being pulled by a dark late model vehicle headed East on I-64.

Flying Cloud headed west on 64 in Charlottesville VA on 9/1/12. It makes me so happy to see an AS!

Older Tradewind pulled by a big, silver Dodge dually - Texas plates - just south of Missoula, northbound on US 93 today. No picture - they're too quick when they come toward you!

We saw two 34' Airstreams, one behind the other, headed east near the Yadkin River on US-64 today just after noon. Since it was POURING rain, I was glad I was not towing!

A completely musty, dusty, very crusty 60's era Bambi, which looked like it had just been pulled out of the weeds not half hour before, being towed by a shiney new PU was spotted scooting south on US 101 out of Eureka today. Hauling home the new treasure?

On the side of Highway 65 north of Clinton, Arkansas. They must have had plenty people ask about it, notice the Sold sign in the stack window!

Another big day! First, a newer, 22-24 footer pulled by a crew-cab, white pickup on Brooks (Hwy 12) in Missoula -- "navigator" head down looking at a map! No picture, but the second was an older, 18-20' or so, single axle, in downtown Missoula -- stopped, talking with a passer-by; looked like asking for directions! But nice!

Kevin,

This doesn't sound good. I hope all is well, and that you/friend/family are being treated with excellent care if it is a nurse I just graduated with.

Steve

This time it wasn't me, but my partner had something similar to what side-lined me in December of last year. An unexplained, at this point, dramatic drop in blood pressure (four times over seven days including twice while being transported from Carbondale, IL to St. Louis, MO). We were sent home on Sunday, but further testing is going to be necessary to determine what happened.

I can't say enough good about the nursing staff at St. Louis University Hospital. It seemed so unusual to have nurses who took their time to assess the patient and make the patient as comfortable as possible.

I am enjoying following your posts in regard to your 1963 Overlander . . . the longer I have my Overlander the more I understand why so many were produced in the 1960s.

Kevin

Spotted in Asheville NC.

As I drove by the KOA in Swannanoa on Wednesday 9/5/12 morning I saw what appeared to be a caravan of Airstreams. At 55mph I could count at least 10 to 12 through the trees. When I returned after work they had moved on. Sorry to have missed the opportunity to say hello to fellow streamers. If you know who was making that trek let me know.

Then on Thursday I was able to see this beauty. Since it looks like this one lives here I will hope to make a new friend in the near future. If you are here on the forums send me a PM.

KOA in Las Vegas. This was the parking garage view. The KOA Airstream Rental, it needs more trees!
