Ok, I'm in Santa Cruz, Ca. We're staying at Santa Cruz Redwoods Resort. There's a newer (2000's) AS over in site #5, I think. Haven't gone over to say Hi yet. ALso there's a late 90's Bambi somewhere near site #70.
I did talk to one vintage kin owner who had a charming 1960's Oasis. They had planned to restore it but found the lovely vintage layer underneath and left it that way. It was too cute with it's aluminum outside and aqua blue inside.

Found in my hometown parked outside a business less than two miles from my house. What a beautiful MH. I may have to go inside this week and find out more about it....

We spotted a triple-axle 34' heading south on I-95 in Virginia this afternoon (we were going north). It was just a few feet south of Safford RV.

While on a tour through Northern Scotland I was pleasantly surprised to see in a camping area north of Durness, what appeared to be a 19 Ft Airstream.Looks like a wonderful area to be camping.George

Saw what appeared to be a newer 25 foot AS driving westbound on 191 in Bozeman Montana this weekend. They were headed out of the Gallatin canyon area.

Little River/ Cascade Lake campground North Carolina.

Noticed her peaking out from behind the band stand on the beach. Had to go meet the fine folks. They were from Rabun Gap GA.

As we left the campground and drove through Brevard it was nice to look in the rear view mirror and see we were being followed by a new Bambi.

Not bad for one weekend in remote wooded mountains of North Carolina.

I pulled in to the Campground at Jekyll Island State Park (GA) and spotted what looks to be a mid 60's airstream! I will have to wander over and say hi!

I-26 east bound near MM 44, close to the Laurens, SC exit. White Tahoe, nice rig. She was just cruising!

Another multi-AS day - all in Montana on the way to/from Glacier. First was southbound on Hwy. 93 - newish 25-28' pulled by a gun-metal grey pickup with a topper - just as it was going through Arlee, headed toward Missoula and I-90. Unable to get a picture. Then, the Airstream below westbound on Hwy 2 between Columbia Falls and Hungry Horse. Last was a newer one, maybe 24-26', pulled by a sky blue pickup, that was eastbound late in the afternoon on Hwy 2, just west of West Glacier. All sure looked nice!

Who was heading South between Courtenay and Nanaimo on Vancouver Island today? California plates towing what looked to be a 25 or 27 foot new trailer. I was in the maroon Volvo wagon and tapped my horn and waved as I passed. I was on my way home from a job site and travel that route every couple of weeks and must confess, this was the firs Airstream I've seen on that stretch of highway in ages. Whoever it was, I hope you are having a great trip and are enjoying our Island paradise.

I saw this beautiful little trailer while on a trip thru Wisconsin. The owner gave me a little tour and hinted that it may be for sale soon. Looks all original!

I'd love to have it! Thats a 1958 Pacer. It's just like mine. Although it appears to be in better shape than mine was. As Found. Mine was built just after that. Considering how that rear bumper looks, I bet the frame is rusted too. If the owner does want to sell and you don't want her, let me know. I'll sure go and get it to make sure it gets restored. I love my pacers. Only 42 built that year. I have one, but would love another!

Just after I said "How come we never see other Airstreams when we are on the road" this one passed us going Northbound on I57.

We were towing "Belle" Southbound on I57 Friday afternoon from Chicago to Champaign IL, look closely the driver is waving as we passed.

Met another Airstream on Highway 2 near West Glacier Sunday. We blinked and waved, and so did they. Didn't get a good look, but I think it was a late model.
