Wow... don't know that I'd go that far without having all the info... maybe (with 6 kids n' all), they were still doing some errands/resupplyin' elsewhere. Maybe putting the jacks down gave one of them happy campers something important to do... while mom & dad got things together...

Never over-nighted at Wakmart, but do put the stab's down when inside the trailer, parked, still hitched.

Not really a sighting, but I stopped by Land Yacht Harbor in Melbourne, Fla yesterday. I was in the neighborhood (without our trailer) and wanted to take a look. Friendly folks, nice grounds, and lots of aluminum.

Hi, good point Joe, but John had to unhook his trailer so Wal-Mart could service his tow vehicle. Bill and Kim seem to be more understanding.

Kenworth Buys Thor Industries...

I worked for a KW dealer for many years...I wish they had come up with this 'model' when I was there...!

Talk about a HEAVY DUTY Moho...this has got to be it...I especially like the 'Roo Bar' in front of the bumper...good for enlarging your parking spot in a WalMart parking lot...!

This photo was posted on RVforum.net by a fellow that spotted this rig in Canada a few days ago...

Yesterday, we spotted #1835 headed south on US 101 going into Newport, OR about noon. We also spotted 2 A/S parked on the coast along US 101 - 1 was at the Seal Rock, OR RV park, and the other was 'for sale' in a yard near Brey's Point south of Yachats.

We've all seen other people abuse a privilege and the result is the rest of us lose it as well. That never goes well with me. Sorry if I jumped the gun, but the original post didn't point out that their truck was in for service.

Hi, on our last trip, we thought we might save time and money by boondocking in a Wal-Mart parking lot. On a 4,500 mile, 18 day trip, we stopped at two Wal-Marts for this purpose, but they both had signs saying we couldn't. So far in about five years owning and traveling with our Airstream we have never been able to camp at Wal-Mart.

Saw this '77 Argosy South of Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. A friend and I were just returning from a camping trip in the deep desert (7 hours from the nearest pavement) and I was telling him the difference between Airstreams and Argosies when I looked to my right and saw this. What are the odds?
