Looks like he strengthened the frame, so he'll probably be okay.

well, okay. Long as he doesn't try to use the stabilizers to level it.

Saw two traveling together yesterday. They were going east bound on 50 Hwy entering Jefferson City Missouri. The AS in front was an older model limited. The one following was a 70's model.

On a trailer for the upcoming season of "Stuck with Hackett" on the Science Channel, there's the remains of what's probably a late '50s trailer. They only showed a partial view of the side. I'm guessing it's over 25'. It has a door-within-a-door with a stack of 2 jalousies ahead of it, and a long rectangular window opening about 6' aft of the door.

If you haven't seen the show or a trailer, it's about this guy who uses trash to set up rube-goldberg "conveniences" saying that he can recreate the accomplishments of modern mankind with the junk that would be left over after an apocalypse.

I would just like to post a pic of a Safari I saw in Colorado while on vacation! I know it will offend some purists but still pretty cool!! Maybe someone can identify the owner as a Forum member.

Yeah that was my first thought when I saw it too. Especially because I didn't see an obvious step system in my quick glance. However, that also acts as a really good security system.

I can't help but wander what the tow vehicle might look like. I think it is OK to express yourself on the outside as well. They did a good job - it looks well done.

Saw a newer model Airstream in a sale lot on the 231/431 bypass in Fayetteville, TN, on 8/9/11. Didn't have time to stop, might go back to Indy by that route.

We took our Argosy out today to get an awning put on & saw another Argosy on the way. We have never seen one around here, but was thrilled to see it.

Saw an airstream on the Ohio Turnpike at an East bound service plaza near toledo at the dump station... had a black truck towing it as well as one headed West Bound on the OH turnpike!

Also saw an airstream headed south on Route 23 in Michigan... I believe that was H2K!

We had an airstream caravan from Dundee MI to Vermillion OH so there were three of us headed east bound on the OH turnpike for quite some time!
