Airstream Sitings From Atlanta to Savannah, GA
Drove all the way down and back without one sighting on the highway but had an older Airstream Motor Coach pull into the campground and saw an older trailer with red numbers in another campground so there were some units lurking about. Overall a very low number count.

Oh where oh where in Austin? That little bubble strikes my fancy...maybe someone just needs to make them an offer, and Austin is only 50 miles away!

I just posted this in a different thread, but it's probably more relevant here.
There's a local bread company called Grace Baking, whose headquarters are right around the corner from my house. In their parking lot, there used to be at least a dozen vintage trailers — Airstream and others — that were always parked there. I had once emailed Grace Baking asking about them, and no one ever responded. They all looked gutted or in need of repair. Just last week I drove by, and they were all gone. The other thread reminded me that the might have been captured by Google, and indeed they were. If you zoom in once more, you can also get a good street view of them. Most of the Airstreams are in the back on the overhead view, but there seem to be more right up against the street in the street view.
This is (was) on Regatta at Marin Bay Parkway in Richmond, CA.
Does anyone have any idea who those might belong to?

The Airstream in the first two photos looks like a early '70's 27' Overlander, but the tiny trailer has me intrigued. I think it is either a 1951-52 Airstream Cruisette or else it is an Airlight (or was it Airlite?) from about 1955 or so. Or is could be an El Ray, since Airlight changed their name to El Rey shortly after the got started making trailers.

I liked it, even though I couldn't get the sound. Funny!

Great pic. Probably not a Cruisette. It doesn't have 13 or 15 panel end caps, or the small rectangular side window on the curbside, though at a glance the profile looks close. HTH

Pretty positive the little guy is not a bubble. The door swings the wrong direction, the end cap is off, and it's missing a curbside window. That being said it's still a very cool trailer.

From this angle (and reading the name plate above the front window) it is most definitely a very rare Airlight! That was my first hunch, but from the previous photo I couldn't quite rule out a Cruisette (I don't have the window positions memorized). I guess I should learn to trust my first hunch.

I think your right Joe Rondie said when she got close to it the name plate was worn bad but she could make out the light, I may try to see if they will part with it make a nice addition I think

Salvation Alley found Jesus
Tarsands...that old trailer...gee...the air conditioner looks like it might create some air-drag when they hit Highway 111. Nice photo. Thanks.

Passed an early '70s model today being towed by a burgundy Tundra on a short stretch of I-20 between I-26 and hwy 378. We both took the 378 exit, but the AS turned off again almost immediately. Looks to have been polished, but a little neglected since then. Hopefully it was on its way to being revived.

fellow AIRforums member pulled into the Spartanburg KOA in Gaffney SC last night in a long (33 foot? 34?) tri-axle classic towed by a silver crew cab truck. i think the truck is a chevy, but not sure.
square Airstream motorhome pulled in shortly after.
