Just saw an AS used in the show, Terminator, the Sarah Connor chronicles. I think it was a mid 70's 31 footer with a rear bath. Looks pretty cool.

Eastbound I-24 in Tennessee

Driving back to the condo on Wednesday I saw an airstream on I-24 between Murfreesboro, TN and Manchester, TN. Looked like a 23-28 footer heading eastbound.

Then when I got back to our airstream today, I met the new owner of a beautiful 30' classic parked next to mine (brand spanking new!)... Just got it the other day. Of course, I had to tell him about Air Forums.

It's good to see these units going to good homes! LOL!

Several years ago while travel nursing, I ran across an AS that was a '
truck shell'...It fit into the back of a truck bed....These guys were planning on refurbishing it...I can not locate my photo, but can someone tell me the history of it?

It might have been an Avion truck camper. Take a look at this thread: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f42/...per-31781.html

WOW!!! THAT WAS IT!!! AS needs to do something like this...I noticed that AS has a 'teardrop' type of trailer. To me, it is not as practical...Maybe Andy has an opinion on something like the Avion Truck camper by AS.....It makes sense!!! Especially with the gas prices being what they are today....easy towing, with all of the anemities!!!!

Photo taken at the Caravan Club National Rally at Holkham Hall, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, UK. Airstream owned by Viscount Coke, The Earl of Leicester, who is president of the Caravan Club and also the hall owner.
Over 3000 rv's attended rally but only two Airstreams, ours and the one in photo. Nice isn't it.

Hello everyone... Saw a newer 25' Airstream being towed by a white Dodge Quad cab coming into Arcadia Fla today about 5pm... funny it had Hiawai tags on both trailer and truck... not able to catch their attention...

Late model Bambi LS being towed by a Ford Expedition south bound on I-75 near Locust Grove, Ga. yesterday afternoon. Had Kentucky plates. Anybody we know?

4 spotted

Hi, I spotted four Airstreams last Friday at Pismo Beach Village RV Park.

Wait, the one with the blue stripes is mine.
