For those that have completed the survey requested by A/S. Did you hear back from them? or is it just the SOSO

I haven't heard anything and really don't expect to either. I maxed out the available spaces and included some very pointed criticisms, including a few concrete suggestions. We'll see..............

I too wondered why there was not even a form email stating that they had received the survey and a thanks... then again my trailer is 45 years old and they probably figure that since I am vintage I would not be future customer. I might be a future customer for a new unit, if it were a vintage unit some dealer had in storage and just found...

Not a word. And like Lew, I tried to offer constrive suggestions. Also maxed out the allowed space. I did decline to answer the one question about annual wage so maybe they figure I don't count. Or maybe, they are just waiting to gather sufficient data and plan to respond in bulk.

guess my copy button doesn't work...the email asked if I want to participate in "our follow up interviews" by some company that's doing the survey for Airstream.

How long was it from the time you filled out the survey until you received a reply? It has been a little over a week and I haven't seen anything yet.

They must not have wanted to hear from me after all, I didn't get an email either. To be honest, had I known it was going to be a "what kind of useless accessories crap would you consider buying" survey, I doubt I would have bothered at all.

I'm with ya general!

frankly I thought the survey was very slanted towards gaging the market for all kinds of AS badged crappola. And a little self serving with all the "how do you....an iconic product". Take care of the details and the "iconic" stuff will take care of itself. Harley Davidson tried resting on their laurels as an "iconic" product and it damn near killed them.

They called me back and offered me an unsold Motorhome. I declined that and got a real nifty Airstream flask instead.

I was wearing my two tone black face Rolux. I guess they thought it was real one.

No response from Airstream yet to these two "in disguise MillionAIRes." Guess twelve year old Gypsy just doesn't count and they figure she doesn't merit new Airstream accessories. How soon JC forgets what were once their shiny newbies!~G
