Kevin,

I live in Orange, the next city over and did not receive an invitation. Can I carp?

If that's what it takes to get an invite to a meeting - I'll pass. Actually, I was happy to even see them ask for our opinions.

I don't like meetings.
I have to go to enough already.
But I'd be happy to share your flask Goin.

You know what.............? I just figured it out............I had my white tux on but had spaghetti for dinner. Opps.............get the picture. I'll put in a photo deal on my laptop and do away with the stain. How very thoughtless of me. I also had some ashes from the camp fire in my pants just below the cumberbund. Guess I'm just a slob that loves his Airstream. Notice I still capitalize Airstream............................?

No. Possibly because I was honest in my response to the survey.

I didn't think the survey was too obnoxious...typical marking stuff, really...they just want to know more if "we" are happy with htier product and more about the demographics of Airsteamers...and the old way to know that is to ask.

They delivered a new 34 classic to my home this morning. They said I won it as the first responder to the survey.

I don't know what to do with it as I already have one.

Any Suggestions?

So far, I have filled out the survey twice (on two of my four computers), and still haven't been selected to participate further, or even heard from back from them. I did one survey from the perspective of an owner of a 2005 Airstream, and the second as the owner of my vintage 1968 Tradewind. Maybe it was the part where I told them that, because of several quality control issues, I advised my children (who love both my Airstreams) to NEVER consider the purchase a new Airstream, instead I would help them look for a nice used one. Or maybe it was because I was wearing my trusty Timex and WBCCI blue beret at the time I completed the surveys.

Any suggestion as to what to wear or say when I do the next two surveys?

I would keep that trusty Timex fer sure. As to what to wear, I would say, Don't do what I did....."I filled my survey out while in my pajamas.."

One of the questions sure underestimated how much we use our Airstreams.
Life and our Airstream life is what we make of it. We were on the road for Columbus Day week-end and recognized some other "Silver Twinkies" out there. Sure had fun!

Your birthday suit. THAT will get their attention.

I didn't think the survey was too bad, about what one would expect. I used it as a chance to give them some honest feedback from someone who has owned two of their products.
I have replied to several surveys from various companies - I rarely hear anything back, and don't expect to. I hope none of you are holding your breath....
