Airstream Forums Map!! - Page 4

I have added us, so far we're the only ones beyond the redwood curtain (Nor Cal). I can't find my house, or even close. Is the imagery in reverse, or is it too early, not enough coffee. My location won't let me zoom in too close- says there's no imagery. I think they're messing with me and putting in someone elses city. (ha-ha) Anyway COOL site- can't wait till more of us are on there!!

Naw, there's just that Top Secret military base up there where they're doing cruel and unfair testing on Airstreamers. They've found a way to make it rain all the time and spoil outings. They don't want anybody nosing in on their business.

All is right now; the map system did'nt know Dunkerque in FRANCE, but Dunkirk... why not ...
for the moment I'm the only one overseas... i'm feeling a bit alone so i know there are other A/S owners in FRANCE, GERMANY, NETHERLAND & GREAT BRITAIN.

Thank you for the kudos...thank you ALL actually. I really hope Andy can better integrate this into the site so we have more options regarding the information we can enter. I think the Inspection idea was excellent (kudos to Rog) and building on that, putting the Courtesy parking in there too for weary Airstreamers to lay their heads on.

I really think this could be more beneficial ten-fold if Andy's idea prevails, as it will make the map "more our own" so we can better tailer it to our community. I would really love to see it that way. Maybe we can change the big red balloons to tiny little rivets!

We have over 100 stickpins in less than 24 hours! Until something better comes along, let's go with it.
