Question Airstream Coffin - eba?y

Has anyone else seen the coffin shaped like an airstream being sold on ebay? Bid currently $4000. Listed as "used"!! Made in Africa but located in CA. Very detailed. It would be a great yard ornament.

That thing costs more than a good used Airstream, and you can't even tow it! How funny.

I see that it has been listed several times but it is something to think about for the future. No remodel needed and you can order one custom made if more length needed.

If you put that thing in your yard your neighbors will wonder if brother-in-law helped you take off the wheels (redneck joke)....tim

I think that for wood it is not bad... But I bet it would be cool in Aluminum... Lighter too

Check it out!

Airstream Trailer Fantasy Coffin from Ghana by Nii Anum - eBay (item 110393350066 end time Jan-16-10 17:57:12 PST)

Totally bizarre. Heck, you can buy a real one for the same amount but the hole would have to be a lot bigger.

Wink This may be even rarer than the seller knows!

The 15 panels tell me we might be looking at a very rare 1951 Flying Cloud prototype. 51FC

I thought it looked familiar. It needs a hand carved vintage station wagon TV to go with it though......... and a couple of 's for the inhabitant.

Did someone say that it was used.....? Sorry but what does the mean? Could who buys it be able to be a member of WBCCI... Maybe we should all chip in and buy it, and then send it to IBT meeting coming up....LOL (Dam... Rob B. might be the high bidder)
