Maybe it is our reflection in the aluminum, but we think we have developed a two-way relationship with our Airstream. After replacing the drapes, flooring, matresses, tambour doors, heating, AC, vents, entertainment systems, refrigerator, hot water heater, toilet, axels, wheels, tires, adding a gray tank, stripping silver paint off the outside, polishing, replacing or repairing panels, etc and then traveling to exciting places it becomes a relationship. And, sometimes we get upset with our relationships.
Do Airstreamers attach anthropomorphic feelings more than other RV'ers? I notice some owners are VERY involved....actually sort of cool

Duh.....thems is big words.....but, I think yes. It's called aluminitus...it's a disease known to exist only after procuring (sometime while just looking at) Airstreams. It is chronic, non-curable....but usually not fatal. We can learn to live with it by making lifestyle changes, and lead a "normal" life.

However, be aware, health insurance, Medicare, nor Medicaid cover any treatments, so it is quite expensive.

There is no hope for you unless you immediately remove your tight pants. Then all will become clear.
