Airstream Bambi in Farmers Friendly Exchange

Friendly Exchange, the Farmers Insurance magazine has a pic of a Bambi, I think, in this last issue.

I really like seeing Airstreams in advertisements--I actually like seeing Airstreams anywhere.

another ad

I like seeing Airstreams in advertisment's myself. I noticed in the latest edition of "Southern Living Magazine" there is an ad for the new Toyota truck with an Airstream TT. Brings Toyota a little higher in my consideration for a new vehicle

I'm (maybe) shopping for a new Duramax. In reviewing the photos on GM's website, I noticed one was pulling a 34' Airstream. Oddly, though, they did not choose a silver truck for the photo.

I've got the 2500 HD with the Duramax and the Allison transmission.
A can say that is a keeper combination.
Just had a chance to drive a F250 with a Powerstroke for a week.
The Duramax wins hands down, and that's another thread.

Hey Gary,
Do you perceive your tow vehicle to be a tiny bit much
overkill for a 20? footer. Also, the 2004 Chevy 1500's have
a 1400lbs more tow capacity.( 6400 lbs) I have a 20 and I was thinking that a new 2500 would be just about the right amount of over kill.
I haven't driven an HD like yours, but it bust be beefy.
