Advice-considering 92 excella

My husband, son (4) and I are considering a 92 excella 1000 34ft.
Owner has had 2 yr. she lived in it while home buying. Says in excellent condition. Had "a few leaks that were taken care of" and replaced flooring in bedroom.
How do I know if the leaks were taken care of properly? How should they be sealed?

Any questions I should ask?
Tips?
How much should a 34 ft excella of that yr cost?
